PRICING, DELIVERY AND GIFT CARD POLICY

This policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to prices, payment methods, delivery charges, orders for temporarily unavailable products, and gift cards offered on the OMNISKIT online store at www.omniskit.ch.

It supplements OMNISKIT's General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

1. Product Prices

The prices of products offered in our online store are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

The price displayed on the product page is the price applicable at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing error.

Where Swiss VAT is applicable, it is included in the price displayed to the consumer.

Any additional charges, including delivery costs, are indicated separately and clearly before the order is finally confirmed.

The total amount payable is displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

In accordance with Swiss price indication regulations, information relating to prices and any additional charges must be made available in a clear and understandable manner throughout the purchasing process.

2. Payment Methods

OMNISKIT offers the following payment methods in its online store:

Payment by credit or debit card: Customers may pay for their orders by credit or debit card when this option is offered during the checkout process.

TWINT: Customers may pay for their orders using TWINT when this option is offered during the checkout process.

PostFinance: Customers may pay for their orders using a PostFinance payment service when this option is offered during the checkout process.

Payment by invoice: Customers may pay for their orders by invoice when this option is available and offered during the checkout process.

Payment by gift card: Customers may use a valid OMNISKIT gift card to pay for all or part of an order, subject to the available balance and the applicable gift card terms and conditions.

If the order total exceeds the available gift card balance, customers may pay the remaining amount using another payment method offered on the Website.

If the order total is lower than the available gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain available for future use, subject to the applicable gift card terms and conditions.

The payment methods actually available for an order are displayed to the customer during the checkout process, before the order is finally confirmed.

2.1 Invoice Payments in Three Instalments for VIP Customers

For customers holding VIP status, OMNISKIT may offer the option of paying an invoice in three instalments.

Where this option is granted, the terms, amounts and due dates of the three instalments will be communicated to the customer concerned.

Payment in three instalments is reserved for VIP customers and is not automatically available to all customers.

OMNISKIT may specify the terms applicable to payment in three instalments before the order is confirmed or communicate them directly to the customer concerned.

3. Delivery Charges Within Switzerland

OMNISKIT delivers orders within Switzerland in accordance with the terms stated on the Website.

The applicable delivery charges are as follows:

Orders with a value below CHF 100.00:

• CHF 9.00

Orders with a value of CHF 100.00 or more:

Free delivery within Switzerland, subject to any specific conditions clearly indicated on the relevant product page or during the checkout process.

The applicable delivery charges are displayed to the customer before the order is finally confirmed.

The CHF 100.00 threshold is calculated based on the value of the products taken into account when determining eligibility for free delivery, as indicated in the shopping cart or during the checkout process.

4. Free Delivery on Orders of CHF 100.00 or More

OMNISKIT offers free delivery within Switzerland on all orders with a value of CHF 100.00 or more.

Free delivery is applied automatically when the relevant conditions are met.
